Turn-Around time for Sharpening is 1-2 days at our facility + transit time.
Note: PLEASE include a packing list with all shipments.

Freight: Standard (non-program) sharpening includes return UPS Ground service from Ultramitre at no additional charge within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and International shipments are FOB Burbank.
Packaging: Package dull blades securely in a corrugated box. Use original blade carton for each blade or separate blades with cardboard to avoid metal to metal contact in transit. Carbide can be damaged from contact with other blades or miter knives in shipping. We will ship blade cartons and shipping labels free of charge within the contiguous 48 states.
Easy Shipping: Use our UPS RS label for any shipment. We will bill the freight charge at the standard ground rate. If you need a label-order one here from the shopping cart and you will receive it in your email.
Payment Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, Net 30 on approved credit. We will also ship COD.
